What I built
- SwiftData with CloudKit sync for rooms, tasks, plans and history, with no account and no server.
- A Home Screen widget that shows today's room and can spin for a task without opening the app, plus a Live Activity for the focus timer, sharing data through an App Group.
- Siri and Shortcuts through App Intents: spin for a task or hear today's room hands-free.
- Lottie animations for the moments that matter, and copy written to avoid streak-shaming or guilt.
