License
Arkive is licensed for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app or its content.
Bible Content
Bible translations included in Arkive are used under their respective licenses and are provided for personal study only. All rights to the underlying texts remain with their respective copyright holders. The NASB is provided through the YouVersion Platform under license from The Lockman Foundation, and its text may not be copied out of the app in bulk.
Your Content
Notes, threads and other content you create are yours. When you share a thread or export your data, you are responsible for what you share. Opening a file someone sends you adds a copy of their thread to your data; check that you trust its source.
Tips
Tips are voluntary, unlock nothing, and are handled by Apple under the App Store's terms, including its refund policy.
No Warranty
Arkive is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Online content such as the NASB depends on a third-party service and may be unavailable at times. The developer is not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the app.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
