Whisper Court ("the app") is a strategy game developed by Garrett Franks. This policy describes what data the app does and does not collect.
Data We Collect
None. Whisper Court does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information with the developer or any third party.
Game Progress
Your progress, such as which levels you have completed, the candles you have earned, your Daily Intrigue results and streaks, your story choices and your settings, is stored only on your device. It is never sent to the developer. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Network Use
All levels, artwork, and game content are bundled within the app. The app makes no network requests of its own; the only data that leaves your device is what you choose to share through Game Center, described below.
Game Center
If you sign in to Game Center, Whisper Court submits your Daily Intrigue scores, streaks and achievements to Apple's Game Center so they appear on leaderboards. This is optional and handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy. The developer receives no personal information from Game Center.
Notifications
If you turn on the daily reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device. No push service is used and nothing is sent to the developer.
In-App Purchases
If the app offers in-app purchases, they are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. The developer never receives your payment details. Purchases are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Analytics & Advertising
Whisper Court contains no analytics, tracking SDKs, crash reporters, or advertising of any kind.
Children's Privacy
Whisper Court does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised date.
