By downloading or using Whisper Court, you agree to the following terms.
License
Whisper Court is licensed for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app or its content.
Purchases
Any in-app purchases are sold through the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Content
Whisper Court is a work of fiction. Its characters, places, and rumors are invented, and any resemblance to real persons is coincidental.
No Warranty
Whisper Court is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable for any loss of data or damages arising from use of the app.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
